Rock-Paper-Scissors on a sweater with EL Wire Sequencer
Rock-Paper-Scissors on a sweater with EL Wire Sequencer Video Clips. Duration : 4.03 Mins.
A short demo of an EL Sequencer programmed to run Rock-Paper-Scissors on a sweater. Brainstormed, put together and coded with Kilo Hertz and Bobo. Thanks for your help, guys! What I used: Parts purchased from sparkfun: - EL Sequencer ( www.sparkfun.com ) - 3V EL Inverter ( www.sparkfun.com ) - 3.7V 1000mAh Lithium-ion polymer battery ( www.sparkfun.com ) - 6x EL Wire of various colours ( www.sparkfun.com ) - sweater from Goodwill with threading spaced enough for EL Wire to easily weave through - some tape and a plastic bag and a piece of cardboard to isolate the board, battery and inverter package. I used the cardboard on the bottom of the board. It is just too easy to zap yourself otherwise. This bildr tutorial is great in explaining how to hook different components up and why: bildr.org Finally, the actual code was loaded using Arduino software on the Mac (arduino.cc). It is a rather simple bit of code but if you want it let me know.
